Tom Sanders
President & Owner
Tom Sanders began his career in 1974, working alongside his father and older brother as a helper in the family business. Through years of hands-on experience and dedication to his craft, he pursued further education, attending night school to earn his Master Plumber certification.
Today, as the President and Owner of R.E. Sanders Inc., Tom continues to uphold the company’s long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional service. His leadership has helped expand the company’s offerings in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, geothermal, and generator services, ensuring R.E. Sanders remains a trusted name in residential, commercial, and industrial industries.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys horseback riding and motorcycle riding, embracing both adventure and the outdoors.
Dan Sanders
Vice President
A York County native, Dan Sanders was born and raised in the community he now serves. After graduating from Eastern York High School, he became the third generation of the Sanders family to join R.E. Sanders Inc., continuing the company’s legacy of excellence.
Dan pursued professional training in refrigeration, earning his EPA certification from York County School of Technology. He then attended plumbing school, where he achieved his Master Plumber license, further solidifying his expertise in the field. As Vice President of R.E. Sanders Inc., Dan plays a key role in overseeing operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys soccer, hunting, and four-wheeling, embracing both competition and the outdoors.
Patti Freer
Accounting
Patti moved to York from Connecticut in 1999. She is married and has two daughters. Patti has been in the accounting field for 30 years and is our bookkeeper. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Patti enjoys spending time with her family and a grandson, and traveling.

Office Manager
As the Office Manager at R.E. Sanders Inc., Kim Crumling is the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Brad resides in York with his wife, children, and grandkids. He has worked in the plumbing and HVAC industries for 25+ years. Brad is EPA and 410A, and A2L certified. A graduate of William Penn Senior High School, Brad also served in the U.S. Navy. Basketball and spending time with his family are a couple of Brad’s favorite things to do in his spare time.

Jared lives in Wrightsville with his wife Danie, and their five beloved cats. With 10 years of experience in the field, he brings a solid background and a wide skill set in electrical, HVAC, and welding. Outside of work, Jared enjoys tending to his plants, keeping aquariums, and diving into the world of gaming.
Josh Farber

Josh Farber lives in the Spring Grove/Thomasville area with his wife Jenn and their two sons, Joshua Jr. and Jaxon. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the job. He holds an EPA certification and takes pride in delivering quality work and dependable service. When he’s off the clock, Josh enjoys PC gaming, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors—especially when it involves hiking and tent camping with his family.
